Returns
- Unused items in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached, can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes and innerwear cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges
Need a different size? We will happily exchange apparel and footwear, subject to availability.
Refunds
- Once we receive and check the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer / UPI.
Damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
